[Wrathstone] LoreBooks add-on bugged after Wrathstone patch

After the Wrathstone release noticed that "Unlock Eidetic Library" option became locked on my character - it was enabled and worked well before Wrathstone patch, but after the patch it became locked (gray), the library itself doesn't show and it doesn't show Eidetic memory books on the map. The character hasn't unlocked the Eidetic Library via Mages Guild yet.
Version of addon 13.3.
1) Had someone else noticed same thing?
2) Is there a way to fix it (I'm not a programmer myself)?
