Hard Copy for Elsweyr Chapter

I really liked the CE version of the game with the RL perks. Is it only going to be in-game codes this time around? I've looked everywhere and it only seems like it's a game code to upgrade, but I wanted to check before I preordered online.

At least ZOS said on a stream that there wont be a physical edition of the chapter

There won't be a physical CE this year. ZOS have already confirmed that.

There won't be a physical CE. Elsweyr does have a physical standard version afaik.
