    I was 15 minutes late for work loading in because I didn’t want to wait 2 hours when I got off and it logged me right in lol

    Had virtually nothing... 60 items in the bank...? Load times might have been an extra couple of seconds. Maybe.

    1 minute from password entry to my character loading into the bank.

    Guess I'll never be winner now. :lol: You did your best to set expectations low, @ZOS, and surprised us with zippy load times. Yesterday I was wondering what about players who return after a year. Today I'm like, don't even tell them. Delete the announcement, sweep it under the rug, put a chair on top of it. They can never know.

    I'm seeing that the majority of people are getting only a minute to a couple minutes long while those who sit there for close to an hour only needed to restart their client and then logged in immediately.

    So much doom and gloom, even from ZOS themselves this time.

    Took me 4 minutes after patch completed until I was in Tamriel.
    Now when I try to enter the game for the second time after patch (same char) Im stuck at "Requesting Character Load..." for 20 minutes and counting...

    Edit:
    50 minutes and counting, has to go to work. Hope its done in 9 hours

    The patch took about two hours, as for the load screen I don't really know. I just turned the patcher on on and went to the gym and then when the patch finished I used remote screen to log in. =) I was logged out when I got back two hours later.

    Well, the download took 4 hours but I'm pleased that the loading screens were no longer than they normally are. My bank had 13 slots open, I have 8 toons with inventory and all my storage chests were full.

    Only 1 minute. Possibly the fastest post patch loading screen I've ever had.

    This is the old post-patch bug where the game gets lost sorting through stuff, I think. Restarting fixes that. At least, does not seem to hurt anything.

    With the database work, I guess it just resumes the task next time you log in.

    They was probably afraid so many would log in at once it became an queue and then people would exit game and return to queue.
    Queues who overload is part of the problems with group finder on events.
    It can also happen with quests in new zones.
    Grinding just make you go in circles.
    Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

    Funny thing is, people were raging/panicking about this. My load screen was less than a relatively quick bio. Haha.

    That said, part of me is a little disappointed. I feel like I really need to step up my hoarding game. Maybe my inventory isnt as vast as I thought. Kinda taking this personally. :smile:

    Ok, not sure if this was supposed to happen. After the patch on monday login to any character was faster than usual (probably because of disabled addons). Yesterday I logged in and out multiple times - inlcuding closing the game completely and starting it again later. Also fast login times.

    Then I was at one character and just checking items in inventory and bank when I suddenly got a loadscreen and was back at the character selection. I chose another character to login, since I wanted to check something in their inventory as well, and then it happend. A loadscreen of multiple hours (no idea how long exactly, I went to bed after 2 hours and just let it load).

    This seems a rather long delay between the planned eternal loadscreen and it actually happenening. Could it be that this happens for everyone eventually, just not for everyone at the same (planned) time, so the system doesn't overtax?
