You must be really bored to make a thread like this to bait all the anti animation canceling folks. It hasn't even been a hot topic for a while now, only for you to revive it

Off topic, but your username does not lend credibility to you. Both the troll part and the League reference which has a.... questionable community as far as toxicity and trolling goes.
Back on topic, animation canceling has been talked to death. But in the end there is no way to implement forced animations without drastically slowing combat. You can’t stick cast times on every ability (which is what attaching damage calculations to the end of animations will do) and expect people to still feel like it’s the same game. Many of the arguments against it are riddled with misinformation or entitlement when other people are more proficient at the game than they are.
It is simply not worth the complete overhaul that would be required to change animations, implement forced cast times for every ability, create a system that handles ‘valid’ canceling, and adjust all combat encounters around those forced animations.
There is a ton of cost, even more player dissatisfaction from the loss of ESO’s unique combat, and very little gain.
