DK Tank should I use the glyph that boosts three stats on all armor pieces?

Unbuffed my health is about 35k, majika and stamina both over 20k, resists good also(not at home so can't look). I've read that it's better to use the prismatic glpyh that boosts health, stamina and majika on all armor slots, is that preferable? Right now I have prismatic on my monster helm and shoulders, stamina and health on my other slots. I tend to run low on majika on on longer fights more than health or stamina. I can see the advantage but before I go that route thought I'd ask in case I'm missing something.

Tri stat on big pieces helm, chest and legs.
Boost magic recovery for the magic issue.

Prismatics are great. Free Magicka if you’re already splitting between Stamina and Health. Well, not entirely free, because they cost more gold than single stat enchants. Worth it on all 7-8 pieces IMO.

Tri-stat glyphs on head, chest, legs will give you more overall total resources than one health glyph. This is true for small pieces as well, so fi you can afford the mats, do all armor prismatic, shield stamina.

Triune trait on jewelry gives more total overall resources than a single robust/healthy/arcane trait.

Conversely, one base attribute point put into health will boost it more than putting a point into stam/mag.

So, IMHO - tri stat all your gear, eat your tri-stat food, and if i you want to run stats on your jewelry instead of something like infused/harmony/swift, triune is best bang for your buck (though if you run with a regular group and get a ton of synergies without having to beg for them, harmony is very good).

then, use your base ability points to ensure that you have more stamina than magicka. Most tanks in trials will be expected to run a lightning staff as the meta on backbar after the next update if they aren't already. So put a stamina enchant on your sturdy shield, and then swap to your back bar. get your stamina on that bar above your magicka, to ensure that any synergies you get will return stamina - do this because in any case where you're getting a lot of synergies, that's likely group content, so you're likely going to be doing a lot of blocking and pierce armor.

Then you can dump the rest of those abil points into health.

If youre running out of magicka, your heavy attacks on that back bar staff can return magicka. You can and in most cases should run the atronach stone for magicka recovery. You can also run balance from the mage's guild line which will give you your major resistances and returns a large chunk of magicka at the cost of health, but really at end game youll learn when its okay to use that and your healer can keep that health hit topped off no problem.

Stamina sustain - heavy attack, especially off balance mobs for double resource return, try to time this after a heavy attack. use any and all synergies.

Magicka sustain - Atronach stone, heavy attacks with staff, especially on off balance enemies (one major reason to use a lightning staff and not a frost). Using synergies will also restore a bit of magica with the Undaunted Command passive. Mage's guild passives for having Balance passivse will help. You can also slot barrier on your front bar for a little more magicka regen with the magicka aid passive from the support tree, though I personally want the god mode of magma shell when it's needed.

Lastly you can then put together a plague doctor weapon/jewelry set, leave the jewelry healthy and throw that on with ebon if you need a selfish high-health build for certain fights.

Tri-stats are numerically better than any other kind of glyph (on all pieces) since they give the most resources and all of them are relevant for a tank. So yes, they are better than everything else but if you are not able to afford them there is nothing wrong with running some combination of single stat glyphs.

Kryal thank you this is immensely helpful. Thank you everyone else also!

Why dont people tank frost staff back bar? Works well, you can block better with it than shock staff if needed, and its a pretty effective taunt while recovering magicka.

As for the prismatic issue....honestly you can do fairly well just mixing regular glyphs on your gear, but for the best added stats, yeah, prismatic on helm, legs and chest and shield, then rest of the pieces go with whatever you need. Prismatic on smaller armor pieces really isnt worth the added expense.
