(possible) addon request and info needed (login and startscreen ui)

weve got quite alot of updates since morrowind
and i definetly love the morrowind theme and background the most
is there a way to change these 2 aspects of that loadscreen and char login screen back to these of the morrowind dlc? i taught that this was possible whit addons but im completely unsure so before im going to create hope i taught id first ask since i can get pretty depressed if i have to trow away hope and info witch wasnt even correct XD...

so ye id be pretty nice to know if someone did this already (aswell as whit a summerset background returner)

if these functions are an in-game setting then please tell that too!

As far as I am aware, the addon interface/initialization doesn't kick in until you begin loading the actual game world.

hmm, i was sure it did xD, since the betteraddonmenu addon or watever it is called addon activates when you go to the addon section (when selecting a char)

well i will still hope there is such a thing tho
for now ill take your answer for granted
untill someone confirms/debunks it ofc xD

I could certainly be wrong. I've just never seen an addon window pop up on the character select, and there are quite a few that would make sense there like Inventory Insight.

ya im merely testing everything Hihi xD, but still, youre a addon creator(MUTCH RESPECT for the anti bod crusader!, and the command history looks VERY handy)
ill leave it to the professionals then, if you know more or know someone wo has more knoledge
tell them herma mora needs it
