Real time response isn't likely just because of man hours needed.
However a much simpler tool to report bots would be nice, I really wish on PC we could just mouse over and right click them.

What do you think?

I feel the solution is a very easy to use reporting system that requires 1 click by a novice player which deploys a ZOS employee to you very much like the normal grouping system where if you are invited to group you would travel to leader. The ZOS employee would then take immediate action against said accounts.
This could easily be set up on multiple platforms so one person could deal with them.
ZOS could perhaps offer a bounty of 20000 crowns for the successful reporting of bot trains?
What do you think?

I would have voted "no" but your poll options has much bias, I don't think the current system is adequate, but I also don't see any viable real time response solutions that are anywhere near cost-effective.
Please make better polls in the future.

Not much understanding of the word "perhaps" I see
Please remain calm in the future.
