Clothing for cold environments

I find it odd that there are a few districts in Tamriel with cold weather, Wrothgar for one, and there are no clothes for that kind of weather. I'm talking about how the game strives to provide an immersive experience. To me, it's odd to see an Argonian, Nord or even a Khajiit running around in the snow and cold, or in a blizzard wearing the same garb as they would in Murkmire, Alik'r etc. It would be nice to see more warmer gear such as armor with the look of being fur-lined like it appeared in Skyrim, warm woolen/fur cloaks, warm doublets, shirts, dresses, shoes, hats etc. ZOS, I do hope your clothing designers for the game are listening.

Maybe even throw in some slight negative effects of wearing desert clothing in Wrothgar such as slow movement speed by a little. Have sitting down by a fire actually improve the well-being of a character as they warm up again. Nothing over the top or anything that would be detrimental to game play, just add a touch more realism is what I'm suggesting here.

There are 2 types of armor like what you want.

Winterborn Reach - only available from sone dropped gear and a costume.

Stahlrim Frostcaster motif - only available from the crown store during the New Life Festival

True, but this seems a bit too sparse, and I haven't seen many, if any, toons wearing said armor/costume. It would be nice if it was a bit more available.

Nords don't need warm clothes; they have mead.

Actually I'm dreaming of warm clothes. Cold weather is fine with Nords and Orcs, but it seems to be hardly tolearable by Altmer or Redguard...

There is also that snow storm hood+mask that was in one of the crown crate seasons. Winterhold Blizzard Mask was the name I think.
This Bosmer was tortured to death. There is nothing left to be done.

I see people running around with grizzly bears in Ali'kr. Poor bear.

There's this quest on snowy, freezing cold Bleakrock where you have to wear a disguise to get into a mine. The disguise is short-sleeved. LOL. Every time I do that one on a new character I think to myself that he must be freezing.

It's an easy skyshard, though, so I do it on every character. (I believe it's called the Hozzin's Folly quest.)

As does this one, and it seems the more time spent in northern Wrothgar, the thicker this one's undercoat becomes to compensate for the lack of warm clothing.

I wear a full suit of leather armour with ebon plating, including a kilt.

With my helm on, the only part of my skin that is exposed is my fingers.

Everything else is sweating from the weight.

    Winter? Cute.
