I find it odd that there are a few districts in Tamriel with cold weather, Wrothgar for one, and there are no clothes for that kind of weather. I'm talking about how the game strives to provide an immersive experience. To me, it's odd to see an Argonian, Nord or even a Khajiit running around in the snow and cold, or in a blizzard wearing the same garb as they would in Murkmire, Alik'r etc. It would be nice to see more warmer gear such as armor with the look of being fur-lined like it appeared in Skyrim, warm woolen/fur cloaks, warm doublets, shirts, dresses, shoes, hats etc. ZOS, I do hope your clothing designers for the game are listening.
Maybe even throw in some slight negative effects of wearing desert clothing in Wrothgar such as slow movement speed by a little. Have sitting down by a fire actually improve the well-being of a character as they warm up again. Nothing over the top or anything that would be detrimental to game play, just add a touch more realism is what I'm suggesting here.
