What's the highest bounty you have ever seen in ESO?

PUG'ed a dungeon the other day with a guy who was giving me some drops I was farming and he couldn't meet me in a major city (as I had left the dungeon already) to trade items as he cited "my bounty is too high." Curiously I asked how high was too high to which he replied "almost 70." I laughed and claimed 70k isn't too bad to which he replied "70 million." I asked for a screen shot to which he complied.
Holy crap! Highest I've ever heard!
So my general question for the masses is what is the highest bounty that you have received and/or what is the highest you have just ever seen on another player. (Bonus points for explaining your logic or reasoning behind making it so high.)
