    No, I mean the ones by the enemy faction's wayshrines (where you cannot go no matter what).

    Don't really remember exactly where, just that the book was supposed to be inside the Iron Wheel Headquarters in Hew's Bane but, since I had completed that quest already, when I got back to get the book I found the door to the headquarters was locked, so I was about to leave the area and when leaving (don't remember what route I took) I found the book on top of some boxes, rocks or so. It's been a while, so I don't remember exactly.

    I wonder if ZOS can create an achievement for this since they are constantly adding new books. IE: Once Summerset is out, I won't have all books until I collect all books released with Summerset.

    Serous dedication, I am curious, are there actually any missable ones?
    there are some areas you can't get to after completing quests.
    I still can't even find the one to complete the crafting books one

    There are, many. You have to get the books during the quests or come back later.

    To have in mind, sometimes the quest area is not accesible anymore and a copy of the book is some place else, or you have to be grouped with someone that has that quest so you can access the blocked area again.
