ANOTHER BUGGED BG DESERTER PENALTY!!!!!

i'm willing to forgive a large amount of the buggs in ESO and yet i have NEVER left a BG deliberately and yet EVERYDAY! i get the deserter penalty...
I have to wait for flipping ages as my MMR is high and then go through all the "someone declined the invite" buggy spam.
Then forming group - load screen - login screen.... I relog in as fast as humanly possible!!! it says on my character location that i'm in the BG map but when i log in i'm back at Vivec or wherever with 20 min penalty.
Just remove this penalty please! i would go so far as to say 90% of the people who get this penalty don't deserve it..

Just started playing bg's myself(still learning) just been given a 20 minute deserter penalty for standing there for 10 mins while it says waiting for players, sorry but i want to play the game, not stand there waiting because your group finder is a botch job.
Everyone else left in my group, so i leave, now i have to stand around for 20 mins while this stupid deserter penalty runs down.
Good way to get people playing content.
