    Hey Symbot,

Send us a "msinfo32.nfo" We will look into this for you. You can post it here, or in a support ticket.
    Make a "MSInfo"

Here are the necessary steps to create a MSInfo:
How to run MSInfo32 on Windows XP:
    Click Start, then Run
Type msinfo32 in the Run box, and click OK
While viewing the System Summary node, go to File and select Export
Save the MSINFO32 report as msinfo32.nfo on the desktop for easy access
Please note that the file is very large, so it should not be copy/pasted into the contents of an e-mail.

How to run MSinfo32 on Windows Vista, 7, and 8.
    Press Windows Key + R
Type msinfo32 in the Search box, and click OK
While viewing the System Summary node, go to File and select Export
Save the MSINFO32 report as "msinfo32.nfo" on the desktop for easy access

Now that the report has been generated, Post here or in a Support Ticket.

I am getting the same message as well, along with ESO Crash Report. I have sent the report about 30 times. .NFO files are not allowed to be attached. I have a ticket in but haven't hear anything in 2 days. I even sent in my DxDiag.

    Hey Minuszerosc,

There are a few programs running in the background that might be contributing to, or directly causing the issue.

You have multiple freeware Antivirus Programs installed. Its always a good practice to have just one installed. They will conflict with each other, and cause problems. It will interfere with a programs full access to system resources. This includes ESO.

We recommend you uninstall all of them, and install just one solid program. A subscription based is your best bet. Some of my personal favorites are "Kaspersky" or "Bitdefender" However find one to your taste. Otherwise, just install ONLY ONE freeware program.

    Here's what we found:

    adawareservice.exe - Ad-ware browsing protection
    adawarebp.exe
    sbamsvc.exe

    avastui.exe - Avast

    avgwdsvc.exe - Avg
    avgidsagent.exe

You might want to login to Safemode w/Networking to remove those programs. And install only one.

Try running the game with them all uninstalled. See if that solves the issue.

Also, don't forget the basic troubleshooting. Make sure your Graphics Drivers are current. Make sure your Running as Administrator.

If you need help with any of this, submit a support ticket. We will do our best to get in contact with you. If you like, We can make one for you.

    Hope that helps!
