crown gem extraction bug?

I started doing the crown gem extraction on potions and when I started I had 15 crown gems. I am supposed to get 1 gem per 25 potions and after chewing through something like 150 potions I noticed my crown gem total didn't change. Thought maybe there was a delay or UI issue so I reloaded UI but still only 15 gems. Is this a known bug? Is there a way to get the gems credited to my account?

    Go on the support page and at the bottom you'll see an option to submit a ticket and follow the steps from there, hope that helps :smile:

    Press alt and click the ? button up top to get to the help menu. From there you can send a ticket.

    How do you submit a bug about submitting a bug?? I try to submit a bug and even though I'm logged in it requires me to log in and for some reason doesn't recognize my computer so sends me an access code but when I enter the access code it just says login failed. Repeat. Same thing. lol.

    You should just be able to sign in with the same info you use to sign into the ESO account page (which is a separate login to the forums I think). With that loop your getting maybe try and login into your account on the home page (https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/) and then once logged in (and hopefully out of the loop) try going to the support section then and see if it will let you submit a ticket.
