Evening everyone.

I want to preface this thread by saying that I'm on my phone and am pretty new to this forum, so I have no clue how to link. I know for sure that "link please" would be asked and rightly so, sorry for that.

Today on a smoke break at work I read the most interesting article. It was from arstechnica.com. The article said that in an industry first, Microsoft would allow players of the game paradox direct access to game mods made by players on pc without any preapproval from the game maker or Microsoft. That's a pretty direct quote.

I would like to discuss the implications that this could have on the console community of ESO. If sony were to follow suit, I believe this could open up a bevy of oppertunity for us on console.

I really believe that Sony would have to be on board before this could become real, due to zos not wanting to be seen as playing favorites between the two.

To wrap up, I will say this could be an awesome boon to us on console. Having mods would be a fantastic OPTION in my opinion. Of course some will disagree, but who doesn't love options?
