Buffs Disappearing (seems to randomly affect different buffs including mundus stone) since hotfix

Since today's hotfix, I keep losing buffs when I change zones. My character sheet sometimes shows them and sometimes doesn't, and the numbers on the character sheet are affected also.
I am currently missing my mundus stone buff, my character sheet has been unable to decide whether I have a mundus buff on and off since the hotfix. It was showing earlier, now it's not showing, when I move zones it might show up again.
I have heard from other people that the Major Savagery buff from biting jabs is also applying inconsistently, although I haven't noticed that one myself (yet).
I haven't been able to determine whether it is just a display bug, or whether combat is affected.
Could this issue please be investigated?

DLM✭✭✭✭✭Not ashamed of necroing this. It was posted in August 2016, this is now February 2019, almost 3 years later and my mundus buff is disappearing very often when changing zone. Have you tried putting in bug subsection on forums?
