THIS WORST GAME EVER!!!!

Some of the topics are really really toxic... For instance the ones asking for nerfs!
Too much whining and people with chaotic predictions of cataclysm and end of the world theories...

Many people only think about their class... Imo if they had 2 different class toons, and one for magicka and another for stamina, they would rethink before asking nerfs.

But there are a lot of informative and chill out topics aswell!

It's really a formality of an MMO, ZoS has a special place for teasing people and doing things that wasn't asked/complained for, while not delivering what was asked for. Again, an MMO, people will always get upset by at least something. It's not your traditional Elder Scrolls game where balance doesn't have to matter to the player while having mods to adjust things at will.

Looks more like the ZOS haters charging in to defend their complaining. "Another positive post? No way...we need to charge in and nip that in the bud!"

ETA: I've done my share of complaining and am not shy about pointing out things I think should be changed. But I also give ZOS props when they are due. I also still very much enjoy this game, despite the issues I have.

If players complain about performance its because they have reasons for that.
Every single ESO players want to play game for years.
We do bobt seek to ruin ZOS but to florish and make players happy and satisfied.

This is by far ZOS biggest problem until today! 🗣️ Communication 🗣️
The total lack of communication between us and them helps the forum implosion...

New players that come to forum to decide if the game deserves their attention or not, read 1 or 2 wrong topics and run away like flies, when the game is really awesome at every level (with some issues obviously)

Agreed. They can fix this problem, but opt not to. It's a shame though. Some issues? No. I spend a lot of time filing support tickets for broken gameplay (about 10 to 20 a day). Most of these tickets concern repeat issues, or issue that never got addressed.

Never been a part of a forum filled to the brim with negativity like this. I actually had to reduce the amount of time I spend here as it was truly affecting my enjoyment of the game. Really weird.

I'd be in the mood to play, come to the forums to get an idea of what I might want to focus on and after spending too much time weeding thru the complaint threads that you don't know are complaint threads until you click on em my mood would be sour and I play something else.

They, meaning Zos must not really care how negative their game is perceived or it is not affecting their bottom line in any way so it doesn't matter to them. Be nice if they were all put in one section though so they can be viewed or ignored by like minded individuals.

Oh seriously? Tell me again, when will be stuck in combat fixed? How long it is broken? One of the core gameplay mechanics? How long they are going to fix shade? Half a year, whole year? When they will fix werewolf heavy attack resource return? Should I record current Cyrodiil performance during peek hours?

Don't get me wrong, the game is awesome, still IMHO the best on the market, but we can't excuse ZOS failures. They have failed to fix any of the mentioned things, we can't pretend everything is fine, because they won't fix anything at all. We don't criticize the game, we criticize ZOS actions.

Brian Wheeler made the post about PvP Performance Tests back in Feb 2017. There was an 'update' in November 2018 where they moved some ability passives to server-side & unlocked cpu cores client-side. Neither of which made the slightest bit of performance difference. Here's the Lead PvP Designers forum activity since then (yes they've changed roles now to escape the fact they can't fix it).

But sure if you want to continue to believe they are working on it carry on. I've accepted they can't fix it.
Nearly weekly maintenance to fix things?
Such as the recent maintenance on 28th Jan that rendered 50% of instances on PC EU 200-450ms unplayable for over 2 weeks? I'm not sure maintenance to make the game worse counts. Players who've been through years of maintenance have learnt not to schedule anything on these days because they know in general they will break more than they fix, usually leading to another emergency maintenance the same day or elongated maintenance of 12-15 hours instead of 4-6.

I assume mean the PTS Patch notes for Wrathstone? Because the incremental patch notes that they put out as 4.3.X etc. are very very light & quite frankly laughable to read sometimes. Once something leaves the PTS it can take years to fix. Doesn't matter where you report it, which section in /bug or /feedback in-game you use, which forum you post it on here or even DMs on Twitter/Facebook are ignored.

My claim is that infact they dont give a damn about this game anymore.

The game has issues, a lot of them. However for many of us it's still a lot of fun.

The forums is just a place a lot of people come to vent frustrations and sadly there are some who do nothing but come here to complain. I am fine with constructive criticism aimed at ESO and ZOS but I really get tired of the whining child like posts when it comes to complaints.

Worst Forum Ever!
