Revamping the entire class/race system (I know what they're doing, but it's what I want):
Class
-create individualized classes by selecting what three schools would make it (eg Ardent Flame, Storm Calling, Winter's Embrace for an Elementalist)
-could even require no more than two that fit into any DPS/Tank/Heal category if you fear imbalance
Race
-Race would provide two or three minor things such as the bonus to XP or improved lockpicking
-Create a Discipline system where you select three of what are currently racial bonuses, BUT
-The number of skill points needed to max out each line in your Discipline is based upon your Race (eg, +2000 magicka might be 2 for an Altmer, but 6 or 7 for a Redguard, because they must work harder to get what comes easily for an Altmer)
