A little over 3 months from now, we will finally be able to play a Necromancer class. And as far as concept art, as well as details from
@ZOS_RichLambert during the reveal stream, I think it's fair to say this class is going to be heavily influenced by the Diablo 3 Necromancer class. Is this a bad thing? Not at all. In fact, I think that's their best place to look when it comes to making this class a reality in ESO. With many similarities between the two, be it passive skills, class based abilities, set gear, over 10 gear slots, an end game leveling system, variants of each ability, and so on, they very much should pull inspiration from it. Of course, because ESO has a heavy focus on PvP, things will have to be far more balanced in the end. But I feel if you want a taste of what's to come to ESO, revisit, or take the chance to look at how the Necromancer from Diablo 3 plays. Using corpses to your advantage, creating armor made of bone, conjuring skeletal mages and bombers, etc. This looks very promising in it's early stages, and I can't wait to see what they bring to the table in terms of passives, and morphs.
When the next Elder Scroll is written, you shall be it's scribe.
