Cant sign up for subscription

I had bough my game at Game Stop and redeemed the code. I played the early access and now when I try to sign up for a subscription I don't have a subscription management button on my account page. Whats worse is when I tried to get the imperial edition upgrade it says i need Elder Scrolls Online first before i buy it but i already own it and redeemed to code. Technical support *** sucks, they haven't answered any of my many requests for help. There making an angry customer out of me.

You have only redeemed the Early Access Code. You need to redeem the "Game Key" that is located in the Game Disk Box.

After you have done this, you can proceed to the next steps of your choosing.

Me too. I bought from GameFly. I have read the "How do I set up my subscription?" page over and over, so I'm pretty sure I am not missing anything. They want us to use the "Redeem Code" button but I'm not sure what a " Game Registration Code" is. I enter the "Digital Key" I was emailed by GameFly but that doesn't work and I've tried it a few times. When you try to log into the game the messages says you need to setup your sub. It also says to follow the prompts when you sign into your online account. However, there are no prompts when you sign in. Why not just put a dang subscription button we can click on?!?
