Sloads can be wasted (purged, dodged, or placed on the wrong enemy) and Shield Breaker is situational (also doesn't give the right buffs for a mag build). Torugs is hate, Torugs is death! (all the buffs are useful for PvP and you can control when you want to proc an oblivion enchant).

    Favorite Foods and Potions
    https://media.giphy.com/media/3otPoTggaYFNd1FdAI/giphy.gif
    • Parse Food for PvE:(DPS) Ghastly Eye Bowl (increases Max Magicka by 4592 and Magicka Recovery by 459 for 2 hours).
    • Gold/Purple Food for Sorc PvP and Meme Tanking:(PvP) Clockwork Citrus Filet (increases Max Health by 3326, Health Recovery by 406 [useful if stage 1 vampire], Max Magicka by 3080, and Magicka Recovery by 338 for 2 hours). Witchmother's Potent Brew (Increase Max Magicka by 2856, Max Health by 3094, and Magicka Recovery by 315 for 2 hours.
    • Trash Potions when feeling cheap: Regular CP150 Essence of Magicka pots that I obtain frequently from playing the game or Crown Tri-Restoration Potion obtained from dailies.
    • Crafted Potions: Essence of Spell Critical (Bugloss, Lady's Smock, and Water Hyacinth). Without magelight this is my primary means of obtaining Major Prophecy on my Sorc, which increases my Spell Critical Rating. This also heals and restores magicka. Essence of Immovability (Columbine, Corn Flower, and Wormwood). I use this in PvP, since this gives me stealth detection, knockback immunity, and restores magicka (better to use it when competent allies are nearby, since it might reveal that you are surrounded by multiple players in stealth and you will not have an emergency pot available after use). Essence of Invisibility with only 2 ingredients (Blue Entoloma, Namira's Rot, Nirnroot, or Spider Egg). I use this in PvE content that requires stealth and if I need more speed I'll use Rapid Maneuver before using the potion. Essence of Invisibility with 3 ingredients (Blessed Thistle, Blue Entoloma, and Namira's Rot). Very useful in PvP alongside the vampire Dark Stalker passive, since you'll be invisible, ignore movement speed penalty while in Crouch, and you'll have a 30% movement speed boost from Major Expedition (I always have this slotted when riding from point A to B in PvP land, since gankers are always lurking). My templar/arcanist will mostly use Essence of Health (Tri-Stat Potion) Ingredients: (Mountain Flower, Columbine, and Bugloss).

I went in Cyrodiil once on my tank to pick some treasure map chests in something a bit similar... It was a combo of thunderbug, Lord Warden(blue ball) and Ebon (3 red balls) xD
I'm still not sure how but I barely managed to survive an ambush on Alessia bridge... I jumped down and hid among the rocks by the river, then /stuck ported back on the base :)
So I'm not sure you'll be able to do much in similar situp besides producing a bunch of sparks..

I occasionally play a PetSorc when I feel like taking a break from StamDK. vMA ice staff on the back bar with lightning on the front, sets are Shacklebreaker, Spinner, and Zaan; has about 20k resistances and nice sustain -- works like a charm if you're into that sort of playstyle. It's all about locking people into your blockade, stunning them, and just heavy attacking :p

Having a lot of fun with 5X Turogs using infused oblivion Bow/ disease berserker DW+ Shield Breaker on my StamNB. Drives Sorcs/shields users crazy popping in and out of invisibility and repeatedly tagging them for 5.3K through their shields. For extra cheese start by LA from stealth for the stun and 4/5 of their health will be gone before they break free. It also works great on Non-shield users too, rotate LA-Poison Injection-LA-PI...and weave in the proc from Relentless Focus every fifth LA gets a surprising amount of kills. The build even has halfway decent stats: 25K spell resist 20K physical, 32K max Stam, 26K health in PvP, 3500WD fully buffed w/enchant and 1500 stam recovery. I'm a vampire so I also run Devouring Swarm and pop into the middle of groups with that going and then do spin to win, If I don't get CC'ed it usually drops at least 4 or 5 people.

    MagDk: Elegant and Infal.

MagDK has Molten Armaments. Boosting spell damage and adding an additional 40% to heavy attacks. Run 3x Infused jewelry with bloodthirsty and spell damage and run ele drain.

I am taking players from 25K to 8K in one heavy attack crit. In PVE, a heavy attack hits for 17K non crit and nearly 30K crit. Follow a heavy attack up with an immediate light attack and they are pretty much dead. Especially if you have the CP for increased light/heavy damage at lower health. You can use light attacks as executes since infal gives you a damage increase against them.

My front bar for this build is a mix of skills that boost my damage and defense. The only offensive skills I use are embers and heavy/light attacks.
