Before I got this achievement, I couldn't purchase the golden furniture plans from the girl next to Relis, and she keeps talking about how "Master Relis keeps a strict client list" "You need to start "making waves" to be a client", so I thought once I got the ahievement and can purchase stuff from her, the dialogue would change. So I spent several hours to get there
But nope no change in dialogue, I can purchase everything she got but still not a "client" of her

They do put details in their work alright, just not this one
I remember there are two quest hubs in vanilla stormhaven where 1 quest a husband lost his wife and the other quest the widow farm owner got into trouble, and if you finished both quests and approach the widow, she will say all these troubles make her feel that she needs someone to accompany her and that she is lonely all these years, and you have the option to say "The other farm owner dude just lost his wife"
I'm not bashing ZOS because I know they tries to work on the details, just I expected something on this occasion but they did not deliver0
