So, I have two accounts. One of PS4, one on PC. On PS4, I preordered the collectors edition of Summerset. And played it avidly. As the description states "This house was rewarded for free to owners of Summerset who logged in at any point between their initial purchase of the Chapter and the conclusion of the Summerfall Event, albeit without furnishings."
I never received this house. ( Shortly after finishing a lot of summerset content, I had stopped playing for a small period of time. )
So I met the requirements, but never got the house. Now, my real question is. While I'm sure that if I message support about it, they'll more than likely give me the house because I did meet the requirement. But do you think it's possible they'd give me the house on PC instead? I'm playing PC more avidly now that my girlfriend got the game on PC (We moved from PS4 to PC, and enjoy it a lot more due to the QoL addons/etc.)
My PC account has been active since the beta. (Which I did play), but I didn't end up buying Summerset for PC until December of 2018.
So, overall; Do you think it'd be possible to contact support with such a case and receive the home on PC, instead of PS4? Provided I have all proof that such things did transpire. (Perhaps Achievements they could see from PS4 during the dates between release and the event, etc.)

After taking a search through my PS4 collections, the house is there now. (Previously, it was not. I don't know if i encountered a bug or anything. )
Is it possible they might move this to PC for me?

The promotion was for players who owned Summerset on or before 10/7/18.
