They really should switch around khajiit and bosmer passives.

When it comes to the bosmer and khajiit, they are races that are closely related to one another. But I think zenimax has mixed up the two races giving them passives that should go to the other race.

Why so many people are upset about the bosmer changes to stealth is because, lore wise they are stealthy thieves. Theft is a major part of their culture and its an important rite for them.
Khajiit do to discrimination many consider them to be thieves. Yes they can adapt and serve well in the roles of the assassin/thief, but there is many that are also warriors and mages. Depending on type of khajiit. Khajiit Culture is different from bosmers and as such they should not be better sneaks then Bosmer or have theft related passives if they are going about to make each race differant, Khajiit should not be the thieving race. That honor should go to the Bosmer. How are the Bosmer steal able from each other, and demand a boon commensurate to the item's worth. Without their famed thieving and sneaking prowess?

Khajiit passives should reflect into their natural agility, their prowess as warriors, rogues and mages and their feline nature. Cats are very good of hearing, very good at detecting things with their eyes and have a much better smell ability then humans. As such they should get the stealth detection passive and its range should be enough so it can be useful.

So basically here is what they should look like.
Khajiit Passives
Acrobat
Khajiiti have natural prowess in agility and acrobatics.
Increasing Jumping Height by ten percent. Decreases fall damage by 50% Increases Experience gain in Medium Armor Skill Line by 15%

Nimble
Increases your Stamina and Magicka recovery by 85 percent. When you dodge roll you get bonus to Physical and Spell Penetration of 1500, increases movement speed by ten for 8 seconds

Lunar blessings
Increases your Max Health, Magicka, and Stamina by 750

Feline Prowess
10% Critical Damage and Critical Healing. Your khajjiti Vision, Hearing and sense of smell allows you to track movement within 15 meters of you.
Allowing the detection of sneaking and invisible foes no one else can spot.

Wood Elf Passives should reflect into their culture of theft as well as their deadly prowess as archers and natural sneaking ability. Their smaller size allowing it easier to move around without being spotted.

Bosmer Passives
Forest Bandit
Increases experience gain in Bow and Legerdemain Skill Lines by 15% 5% bonus change to successfully pickpocket

Y’ffre’s Endurance
Increases your Stamina Recovery by 258.

Resilient Hunter Increases your Max Stamina by 2000 and your Poison Resistance by 2310. You are immune to the Poisoned status effect. When a bow is fired, you have a 75 percent chance of applying a poison that does 258 damage per second for five seconds.
Bosmeri poison resistance should be explained by their meat mandate, many years of eating poisonous frogs, snakes and bugs. But also using their venom to increase the deadliness of their arrows. Making them not only resilient to bug bites, snake bites and other bites but also using that same venom against their foes on the tips of their arrows.

Woodland Camouflage
Reduce detection radius by 3m and Increase damage from Stealth by 258

Now why should Khajiit get more nerfs?

Not saying Bosmer secondary racials are good, they are obviously not.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

I see no problem in buffing the Bosmer, but don't gut the Khajiit with the same crap the Bosmer got. One of the races doesn't have to suffer with a worthless passive, remove it instead of reallocate it.

That Khajiit last passive seems to work for invis too? Do you want everyone to be Khajiit?

Khajiit and Bosmer have skills and niches that overlap and they share a border but they are not related. Bosmer are descended from the Elves of Aldmeris while the Khajiit are native to Tamriel.

Aldmeris is a mythical thing it never existed.
Here is the thing about the Bosmer they are not like the other mer. Given the Khajiit might be the oldest race or the first one to be civilized or create a civilization, being one of the oldest races on tamriel. I would think bosmer would be the second oldest. Basically Khajiits version of the tale might be closer to the truth, given the fact the ghost moon aka third moon really exists within the lore. The heart of Lorkaj and Namira thing with the Dro-m'Athra. Not to mention the moons determining the form of the Khajiit and Y'ffre binding the form of bosmer into the shape of the mer. In reality Like Sheogorath and Jyggalag at one time were the same daedric prince before the events of Oblivion. The Khajiit and Bosmer they were the same race at or before the creation of the Mundus. But the creation of Mundus, the jealously of one aedra/daedras creation of a race, led to the khajiit homelands becoming the desert that it is, and the direct creation of the Bosmer Race is most likely the truest version of what happened. It does not make sense for them to have been tied to Aldmeri Elves. The Aldmeri Elves were basically all Altmer before the three way split do to the creation of the Chimer and Orsimier Thing, what was left became known as the Altmer.

The Continent of Aldmeris sinking is just more of a racial origin myth It never happened If you go by what Michael Kirkbride said on it.. The I think the Elves put the bosmer as one of their own races as propaganda or to explain why they exist. As I really do not think they were ever connected to the Aldmeri elves. But they have always been connected to the Khajiit. What relations or dna they do have from the Aldmeri comes from the inbreeding between Ayleids and Bosmer. The Ayleids might be related to The Aldmeri Altmer or could have been Aldmeri Elves that migrated to then take over the land that would become Cyrodiil later on. The Ayleid Connection might be the only thing linking them to the Aldmeri. Otherwise they would just be another unrelated Mer Race. Given the Bosmer are well not shy or as caring about bloodlines, has allowed intermixing of their genepool with those of the Aylieds, This might explain Septimus Signus in Skyrim didn't need their blood to open up the Dwemer lockbox as the bosmer themselves had it.

    From the wikia

The Bosmer are one of the smallest races in Tamriel and are born with skin colors ranging from light brown to pale tan to light green. Some Bosmer also may have horns. Biologically, the Bosmer are cousins of the Dunmer, or Dark Elves, Orsimer, or Orcs, and the Altmer, or High Elves. The Wood Elves lineage is less noble than that of the Altmer, but they have adapted well to Tamriel.[UL 1] After the Ayleids fled mainland Cyrodiil, they joined the Bosmer in seclusion[1], eventually being totally assimilated by the Bosmer. This probably significantly affected biology of modern-day Bosmer

A Khajiit story gives us a possible explanation of how the Bosmer were created or came to be: The Words of Clan Mother Ahnissi. It goes as follows, in scripture from The Words Of Mother Ahnissi: 'Y'ffre heard the First Secret and snuck in behind Azura. And Y'ffre could not appreciate secrets, and he told Nirni of Azura's trick. So Nirni made the deserts hot and the sands biting. And Nirni made the forests wet and filled with poisons. And Nirni thanked Y'ffre and let him change the forest people also. And Y'ffre did not have Azura's subtle wisdom, so Y'ffre made the forest people elves always and never beasts. And Y'ffre named them Bosmer. And from that moment they were no longer in the same litter as the Khajiit.

And because Y'ffre had no appreciation for secrets, he shouted the First Secret across all the heavens with his last breath so that all of Fadomai's children could cross the Lattice. But Azura, in her wisdom, closed the ears of angry Ahnurr and noisy Lorkhaj so they alone did not hear the word.

I got a Khajiit NB and honestly would love the Dodge passive on top of my Crit damage for PvP.

You can also use the roll passive for stealth in PvE/PvP. Roll when no one is looking and you are the fastest sneak.

OP illustrates perfectly why people invested in lore at 1st place should not be listened when it comes to balance.

The stealth detection if it is made where it can be useful it can still be useful. Have enough detection radius for it to work and I think it would be useful to many in pvp. Also there are some enemies that do use invisibility as I come to find out in Hews Bane. The one Iron Wheel person I came across used it. So in situations like that one it could be useful. Plus they would still have the crit bonus damage that is going live, plus their regen. Fall Damage reduction like Dunmer Lava Damage reduction would be very useful and would be a buff to Khajiit plus an increase in jump distance. Able to get on that platform if you accidentally fall into the water while another race cannot do that. Well that would be very helpful and unique for them.

85% increase in recoveries, seems balanced.

You're mixing up percentages, dmg numbers and weapon damage/stamina recovery. 258 is the number they usually use in these passives to increase weapon/spell damage, 258 dmg/sec is really bad.

Please don't propose balance changes if you don't know what you're talking about.
