Craglorn also frequently feels pretty dead, somedays it is the normal challenge to get a trial going, some days it is near impossible, so all these supposedly new players obviously never made it to end game.
Unfortunately he did not explain why they don't want to do class tokens, why is it hard? You are changing the class skill lines, and probably reseting their progress. The rest remains the same. It is not like we have class specific quests, items, factions and so on, that would require more work.
Also he excluded the faction tokens, which in my opinion is even easier. These aren't game breaking, people would pay money for this, I don't see why they wouldn't do it.
Regarding progress, I would like a way to catch up with my alts. Some achievements should be account bound, same like you get the dyes.

I think it's funny when people say, "Oh, they're going to give you one more slot for free, just lvl everything from scratch again." For the ninth, tenth time? (even for those who only have one or two alts). I wanted to have the free time and patience that these people have to do repeated content forever and ever. Sadly, i don't have, so i'll probably stick to my main for my second year in a row.
Funny, none of the other MMORPGs I played had anything like that.Donavarion wrote: »Class change is a must have in an mmo like ESO, hope devs will work on this one day.

Please list the other major mmos which made/make such class changes 5 years in. Have played numerous mmos over the last couple decades, and I cant recall a single one.

And do all the delves, the whole main story and the mindless 1-50 progression once again? It'd be one thing if Cyrodiil/BG progression transferred but it doesn't so it's even worse on PVPers.

DCUO added a class change system. That's the only one I can think of that I played.

I played that game for years, went from mental to light... anyway that game is garbage and the only thing that I would bring from it is that you can actually have multiple roles in one toon.
How many slots are we getting for Elswyre?

Some sort of "must have", huh?
As you sure you are not just stating your personal opinion and daydream?

You are free to choose whatever you want to play, are you not?Donavarion wrote: »TES games were always about freedom of choice and NOT being forced eternally into one archetype.
You can do that in a thread about -skill lines-, tho I would question the "at will" thing, as it usually indicates something more akin to toggling helmet off/on rather then becoming a vampire or werewolf, curing that, becoming it again, etc. - which does take some in-game effort... or spending crowns. Not quite "at will", huh?Donavarion wrote: »All ESO classes are build around 3 skill lines. Should I write you down how many skill lines where added to the game since launch? Or how unlocking skill lines works? Or how vampire/werewolf skill line can be deactivated/activated at will?
