I keep getting disconnected and ZOS I'm sorry its not as simple as blaming it on my internet connection. I happen to currently be typing this post, streaming music, and watching a stream of the game but yet I still keep getting a message to check my internet connection. If everyone is having problems connecting to your servers and nothing else MAYBE ITS YOU!!!! I mean at least change the message to something like "unable to establish a connection the server" and then you quit blaming us (your paying customers) for your own damn issues.

Error messages don't always match the exact nature of the problem, and that's an issue that goes way beyond ESO.

Not unusually for this sort of complaint, there's no indication of which platform and server you're on but it sounds like a one-off situation and therefore a problem at your end (or possibly with your ISP). There's certainly no evidence on the forum currently to support the claim that "everyone is having problems connecting to your servers".

That moment when you realise that there are many hops between your router and the ESO servers and a failure anywhere along that line can cut your connection, you realise that IF the servers have gone down their I.T people will probably know about it long before you have posted on the forum complaining about it and the final realisation that it is a standard message and nothing to get worked up about.

It is at that moment you also realise you can just chill and go play or do something else rather than getting stressed about it.

When the server is down for everyone, the forum lights up like a Christmas tree. It shines with all sorts of colorful comments.

Right now, it looks like the ZOS end is fine. At least, it is 30 minutes later.

I also had an issue around then, if it helps. It seems to be ok now though.

You can use this link to check all the server status for ESO.
If it say's "on-line", then the problem is on your end.

The servers may be up, they still run on a potato or something. Can't tell you how many times I have been dropped to the login screen because "can't connect to the server - check you have a valid connection" when trying to change character. I do have a valid connection, thank you very much. Optic fiber up to my router, 300 Mbps, ludicrously low ping, works liek a charm with everything... Except ESO.

Yup. Weird how other games and etc work fine but ESO does not on same network.

Even free games like smite and paladins had better server than this garbage and I don't even wanna compare with blizzard where I get like 90 ping but here 400+ seriously.
