stealth is still broken/programmed to troll?

did the traders cove mission for dark brotherhood and i followed npcs routine when they walk around and they repeteadly 'just happened' to turn around once they ended their patrol to spot me. not to mention 1 reveler npc can if im lucky spawn right behind a place i just was 1-2 seconds ago. 2-3 can spawn in same place and it counts as 3 alerts. or guards that detection aura who spawns right infront of you once you killed your target

Teutoburger✭✭sewer tenement is even more broken. 100% guarantee to 'just happen' to spawn right infront of a target when using blade of woe. also with 1 khajit non guard npc spawns near the end at the last hiding spot. spots me inside it and forces my character to leave the hiding spot. gg0

✭I think the sewer one I was "detected" once in the big open room (with water in the middle and people fishing) even tho my stealth eye never opened and I was nowhere near an npc. I reset the quest and tried again; same npc "spotted" me halfway across the room with no eye opening and no action being taken. I knew she spotted me because both times I heard the npc dialogue, and she in particular stopped patrolling to TURN AROUND towards me, several feet away, and yell at me.
Something definitely buggy here esp with this particular npc.
Edit: this is on a khajiit with full med and passives and two sets to increase my stealth range on. Again will note the spotting npc was walking away from me at the time of detection and stealth eye never opened.Edited by RogueShark on February 18, 2019 4:11PMPC NA
