    You can. I did just that. State your case clearly, ignore the automated response (by ignore I mean don't stress that it may be unhelpful and reply to it restating your problem) and try to work it out with support. I got my tickets refunded in 2 days.

    Yes you can. This time around they have been truly professional and got it very right with the Support, doing an excellent job regarding this issue, it seems they have a guideline at present for berries refund.

    I know a number of people like me got wrong with those "fragments" of berries (called berries too as another user pointed out) and got refund of tickets/feather without hassle.

    THOUGH from what I gathered, I suggest to do it asap if you need, because next event they couldn't be so forthcoming since more time has passed to get things right and players could be shady asking for tickets refund to buy costumes or whatever will be available next at Impresario (it seems new items are coming for sale there), trying to trick the support.

    For what I understood they are doing this NOW that berries are still a new-ish thing, fast and with no hassle. Next event could be different.

    So does anyone know, once you have completed the Dawnwood Runebox for example, if it is tradeable? or is it bound?

    I started collecting the Dawnwood, but I think I'll be going for the 2nd and 4th mounts, as I can't really foresee being able to get enough tickets for all 4.

    If the Runebox is tradeable, then I might continue to complete the Dawnwood, but if it is not, then I might as well just stop and wait until the one I want becomes available (2nd quarter). Or, start stacking feathers for the 2nd Indrick now.

    They should have made it so that you can hold more than 12 tickets imo.
