Making an Orc Healer for Feng's Orc Army. Which would you go with as BiS as BiS can be for an Orc? To clarify this is for Cyrodiil PvP and mostly no CP Cyrodiil.

Yep there’s no question. But you’re wasting the wpn damage stat and to some extent the stamina pool, although that’s still useful. You won’t have to run tri glyphs probably. Health is good. Sprint speed is so so since you won’t have a big Stam pool anyway and you’ll be in no CP.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Since you are talking about the Orc army, I am guessing you are only talking about PvP.
Wardens have great group buffs and the resource return of Templar is not nearly as good in PvP as it is in PvE because most of the time things are moving too fast for shards to be used effectively. As a Warden you can also slot skills that make your allies more tanky and I am sure that's great in pvp. I'd pick a Warden and go for a bodyguard sort of healer. It kind of comes down to your preference.This Bosmer was tortured to death. There is nothing left to be done.2 -
