loading screens during big fights

I'm on NA PS4 and ever since the last update it seems like EVERY time I go to a big fight I get a load screen right in the middle of the battle. This used to happen occasionally but now it's out of control. And what really sucks is it seems to happen to about half the participants in any fight and the whole tide of a battle often changes depending on who freezes and who doesn't. Anyone else noticing this happening regularly now?

✭PCNA it happens during big fights, small fights, solo riding in the middle of nowhere, standing anywhere chatting, or basically at anytime while in Cyrodiil. It must be part of the great RNG system of which ESO is compromised.5 -

✭So this is still happening and not just to me, every big keep fight ends with scores of players complaining about how they either got a loading screen or blue screen. This is way worse than the loading screens we were getting when traveling between keeps. Those were annoying but these are literally game changing and fights are being determined by who losses the least players to them in the middle of keep fights.Edited by itscompton on February 15, 2019 9:07PM0 -

Yeah besides the loading screen that last for minutes at a time in the middle of fights there are also random times when I get 2-3 quick loading screens in a row for no obvious reason. And the other day I was fighting some DC in Bruma and the whole town disappeared, collision still worked as if they were there but you couldn't see any buildings or other objects. ✭All Battle loading screens stopped when I got an SSD for my XBOX One. ONce I went to the XBOX1X I kept the SSD and it has been heaven.XBOX NA

These upgrades were a massive improvement to system as well. However, I have hit a couple weird short load screens this week, sometimes even right at the gate.

Mudcrabber✭✭✭✭I think the load screens you sometimes get when you're already in-zone could be redone as an overlay loading icon.
It already has 90-99% of the information it needs. It could show what it has instead of blinding you mid-battle because one object out of hundreds hasn't loaded yet.2 -

✭Another thing that sucks is the loading screen you get when trying to respawn at a tent. It's almost always an "unusually long load screen" and when you finally spawn in you're laying dead on the ground with 15 teammates because a couple of enemy players found the tent and killed everyone before they could control their characters. Or it just takes so long the battle is completly over and you spawn in dead to watch the enemy zerg celebrate.Edited by itscompton on February 16, 2019 10:23PM0
