So my friend and I were in pvp last night & when he traveled to the northern EP wayshrine he got stuck in an infinite loadscreen.
I thought Zos had implemented a 2 minute max loadscreen, has this been changed?
We play on Xbox EU and he has an Xbox One and very good internet.

The Xbox One has a terrible HDD in it. Buy an external SSD and watch the load screens melt away. ESO is a very drive intensive game, and having a crappy drive will increase load times immensely even with a great internet connection.

ESO Xbox NA - Standard Xbox HDD load time, Wayrest peak hours - 45 Seconds
    - More often than not, many players would show as black shadows because their outfits/gear hadn't loaded in yet.

ESO Xbox NA - Samsung 850 EVO SSD load time, Wayrest peak hours - <10 Seconds
    - Everyone and everything was always loaded.

Internet speed for both attempts was 100Mb/s Download, and 10Mb/s Upload.

Installing ESO on an external SSD will help with that. Significantly.

Hello I have a computer with OS on an SSD but it's not big enough to also hold ESO game files. Would it be an issue if I moved OS to HD and then moved ESO to the SSD?

I wouldn't recommend that, the OS itself will be too bottlenecked to keep up with the SSD if it were playing ESO from it (among other things).
Your OS layer is what handles the game's data before anything else and background processes would be another nuisance.
It would be better to just use a bigger SSD drive if you can help it.

Should you go forward with your idea, well...
If your OS is Windows 10, game mode might help managing the CPU & GPU, background processes might hush up a little.
If Linux, make sure to use Proton to run the game native, instead of virtually.
If Mac, someone else might have to say for me...

How do you connect the SSD to the Xbox One?

Also he had this issue on a Xbox One X, he's never had an issue with it before

You can just go buy the once they sell for Xbox they have a 2TB SSD for around $80 and a 4TB SSD for around $130

I play on both NA and EU and honestly EU has been having some trouble and I run an Xbox one x with a 4TB SSD with 1Gig upload and 1Gig download speeds and I have no issues on NA even during prime time but EU it gets a little crazy since EU is just about a dead server on Xbox as it is

Where does one get a 4TB SSD for $130?

Those prices seem extraordinarily low, and more priced at the mechanical end of the market (those external USB drives you see are still mechanical discs, which won’t improve your performance over your internal disc).

For reference, I recently purchased a 1TB Samsung 860 EVO in the U.K. for approximately £150, which was extremely cheap.

Yeah tell me about it, Xbox EU seems to be at the bottom of the pecking order when it comes to Zos' attention
