I really have not much to complain about ESO in general. Its awesome. But with this problem alone it kills whole evenings.
Can't do BGs, can't do dungeons... it's frustrating. On NA my ping would be too high. Quit a game because of such a simple thing? Might be the only way in the end...

NA ain't great either. Keep getting that someone declined BS. After spamming F for few minutes I usually get in tho.0 -
Its the same here on EU, just that you won't get in for hours... It seems to be very simple:
On the "rush hours" for dungeons the virtual cluster for dungeons is just too small. It is bigger on NA than on EU. So you guys on NA experience the problem but not as much as EU.
After the *** from the undaunted events ZOS seemed to have rented some more performance from their hoster for a limited time, so it worked for a while. Now its back to normal.
They don't wanna pay more because over the day, thes problems are just "spikes" just for a few hours. These hours are prime times though so in EU its on a regular base from about 8pm to 11pm. I bet you guys on NA have these problems in the same time window in your timezone. Just that if you are patient for some time it will work. In EU you can have luck but usually you wait for hours and can't really do anything in between. A whole evening is gone then...
If you observe this problem for about a year its crystal clear what the problem is. And ZOS does not even admit that it's just about money to spend on virtual infrastructure.0 -
yeah about 3-4 hours. If you got your whole day to play and not just the evening please be kind and run dungeons in the morning.
I can't imagine why someone would comment like this. It is clearly a problem that ruins ESO evenings for people. If you don't feel its problem for you, please comment somewhere else instead of playing down the problem.

Of course group finder is not working properly, hardly ever has, you really never noticed when you have full groups it still says declined.2
