Sotha Sil Xbox EU problems

On Xbox every single campaign EB outnumbers every faction combined. Yesterday they had 2 bars and everyone else had 0 on the main campaign but on Sotha they control every single castle 24 hours a day and nobody can take them back
There needs to be some sort of fix to push people to take part. It's unplayable unless you are apart of EB who win everything
