I'm getting back into the game from- a break. Going to re-roll a character. What are the best sites to look at builds? Is AlcastHQ still viable? Are there others?

✭✭✭✭✭Alcast is the best for PvE DPS builds. Those are always the current meta game builds.

SluggoV2✭✭✭I use Alcast, Dottz, Xynode, and Kristopher ESO (youtube) as resources for builds. All have there strengths.
Alcast has some pretty good build videos and also has guides for begginers as well as more experienced players. Xynodes' build videos are very informative for those of us still learning as he really breaks down things in a way that is easy to understand. Dottz also has good and informative videos. Your choice.
