How to buy Alinor Crest Town House with gold?

I do have the adventurer achievement that is necessary - but where/how can i actually buy/pay the house with gold - i seem to be to dumb to figure it out...

✭✭✭✭✭Go into the house and press F5 and it will give you options for purchase.
One of those options is for gold (unfurnished house)
Make sure you have the gold on your character, I dont think you can use the banker in there

✭✭✭✭✭aaaaaaaaaaaa thanks of course i never entered the preview cause the loading takes so long and i assumed there is some sort of character to speak to ^^0 -

✭✭✭✭✭FYI it's the same for all other houses.
The only exceptions are the 5 free inn rooms which you unlock by doing a short quest, then the house is unlocked when you speak to an NPC at the end.
All the others you unlock by previewing the house, then press F5 and choose from the menu whether you want to buy it with gold or crowns, and if you want it unfurnished or (when using crowns) with furniture.PC EU player | She/her/hers | PAWS (Positively Against Wrip-off Stuff) - Say No to Crown Crates!
