✭✭Are you sure? Where they laundered by any chance? It could be a bug too. Interesting hopefully its an oversight. Or bug and not a feature. I'm not sure what to say as I have no idea whether those were legal or illegal but I don't think the daedric husks would be the type of item you can steal. So that might might be a bug if those items were taken. I'm not sure. Could be the guard was taking the items for the bounty, If they were items of value that are basically just junk. Sunderflame helmets cannot be stolen ...its a dungeon set, so only lootable from bosses / add and chests, which nothing of them should mark them as stolenPC EU

Welp, I think a friend of mine encounter that bug too a few months back, the guards also stole his stuff while it was not stolen.
