Guild store purchases gone?

So I bought a bunch of house stuff, including 4 attuneable crafting stations. It took my gold but I never got the attuneable crafting stations? I'm so confused. I got the alchemy and enchanting station? Which are not attuneable. I lost a ton of gold!

Anyone else have this happen? Does support refund gold or give me the items?

The items are delivered by mail, and that mail often takes forever to arrive, or may not arrive at all until you log out and back in.

Try changing maps, or log out to the character menu and back in. If that doesn't work and they still haven't arrived contact Support and ask them to help.

It's been a day, ive never had this happen, I've changed zones many times and logged in and out

Since they're attuneable and, presumably, not yet attuned (they would be bound if they were), is it possible they just don't show up in the Furnishings section of your inventory? It's been a long time since I attuned a set, but I know you need to go the the place in the world where the set you want to attune to is located. Then you need to "use" the attuneable station. Maybe it's listed in Slottable Items (or somewhere else) before being attuned?

Grrr somehow my ticket went from 11 hours to 1, I didn't update it. If you bump it ticket it can take longer. Also my concern is does customer support help with this stuff?

I will check thanks. Part of me was wondering why just the attuneable sets didn't appear, that maybe it was an in game thing I don't understand

Also what would you guys say is the best all around choice for attuning my stations? Shackle breaker? Hunding or julianos?

Depends on what your goal is. If there's a set of armor you seem to make all the time, it could be a time saver to attune to that. If you do master writs and are looking for a time saver, the Imperial City sets are a good choice so you don't have to travel there. If you aren't ESO+ and don't have access to DLC zones, a set like Julianos would be a good idea to pick up (you can grab those during a ESO+ free trial like we just had). If you're a crafter for your guild, all the sets is the correct answer.
