Heavy attack and whirling blades/steel tornado

Heavy attacks dont feel like heavy attacks. They deal not enough damage and it doesnt make any sense recovering stamina from heavy attacks, at least not for melee weapons.
Go and take a heavy axe and swing it. Do you feel getting energy back or do you feel exhausted? Heavy attacks right now dont make any sense at all.
Same as whirling blades from the dual wield skill line. Why do you get stamina recovery from this? this shows lazy design. let steel tornado ( the other morph ) keep its dmg and reduce the reduce to normal. Give the increase in radius to whirling blades instead. Boost heavy attack dmg and remove stamina recovery. Fix the stamina recovery problem with help of other skills.
