Tbh i personally am not angry because of problems. Im angry because lack of any kind of communication about the problem for past 2 weeks. The problem in cases like this is you can't roll back software without a severe risk to server data. So there will likely be several more incremental fixes for anything the server software update compromised. You really don't want to do an aggressive blanket solution on a live server as that could lead to other issues. Moving cautiously forward helps prevent more unintended consequences.
I know it's frustrating, but give them the benefit of troubleshooting and patching this correctly. A more amateur and reckless company would try to force-load a solution and probably wind up irreparably wiping account data for a number of their players.

I understand you wanting to post something positive for a change, but in all honesty I can't agree with applauding ZOS *making their game actually playable*. I mean, shouldn't that be the bare minimum? Not only that, there was *zero* communication from ZOS regarding the degradation of performance in the EU server lately, so as far as we know your computer/connection/addons/[insert other common excuses here] magically fixed themselves rather than ZOS fixing the server.

Man you really go out of your way to be a debbie downer. Fact: MMOs have server issues sometimes. Also, there wasnt any communication that youre aware of. Couldve been lots of reports about it, or zos noticed the issue themselves. Either way, its fixed. So quit being so negative, youll generally be happier and make more friends that way.
I have no problem recognizing when things go well, and have posted about such things, most recently what I found was surprisingly good performance in Cyrodiil during the PvP event. If this is true we need Global commendation, presents of Flowers & Chocolates, possible even an International day of Celebration to recognise that Zenimax Online Studios have Fixed an Issue.
