My pve bosmer got a sustain buff (and a pretty big one). I'm marginally happy, even if I'm a little ruffled by the stealth bonus removal.

i don't find too much difference on my dunmer magsorc main.
    Near same bonus (mag+stam)
And a minor buff to damage, not locked on fire source.

All tests show that the difference is very small. I have two dunmers and two khajiits so I've far more choices now than before. 9 chars, probably won't race change any of them.

My Khajiit MagSorc is getting more Spell Crit, putting her above 60%. And my StamBlade is gonna get a very, very small boost in Max Stam. That's pretty much it.

It will negatively affect mainly my High Elf characters (Sorcerer & NB) in terms of PvE sustain, but it's a slight buff for PvP. I think that the developers haven't done such a good job as of 4.3.2 and I hope they rework High Elf racial passives. The rest will be fine - first 10 from signature are (bold) or will be the active ones.

Just not a problem for me. I only have one Altmer - magden. I'll still play her and probably won't even notice the difference. I don't play my Bosmer for stealth, so again, not a problem.

After years of WoW and RIFT, I'm pretty adaptable.

I mean, it's a change, so it impacts me sort of... but as for whether or not I'll really notice it or care? Effectively, not at all. There's only one change they're doing that I don't like and I'm guessing it'll be reverted before release anyway.

I'm not criticizing those they do impact but I pretty much never worry about race when building a character. I have magicka imperials and stam altmer and hold my own in vet dungeons on all of them. I can see how it matters if you're chasing every last % for minmaxing but at the moment racial bonuses aren't even on my radar.

In other words, I do not notice a tangible difference in performance between my classes that are the "right" race and the ones that are the "wrong" race.

As I don't play competitively, I don't mind the changes. Racial passives have no influence on my choice of a race for a new character. Looks and lore do.

I'm just going to try to ignore them and hope for the best. I don't really care if someone who pulls 60K dps on a dummy may lose or gain 1K. But after the Nerfmire fiasco, I've become a skeptic.

It'll affect me, but not enough for me to spend money to change my race. I guess for meta players it could be a big deal. But for me, those small percent racial changes are not game changers.

I guess my main complaint is why do I even have the imperial race. I got it recently because I thought it would be fun to play another race but I don't see anything that I could not have done better with a different race. I feel like I could have used my funds more wisely. I feel like for lore reasons imperials should be more versatile.

Just a little. I don't min-max and have no idea what my DPS is, but I do have a PvE 'stealth' Bosmer who's going to be a bit annoyed switching from reduced-stealth-radius to increased-detection (which I don't care about at all).

      All in all.... eh, whatever.

It may affect the build I use on some of my characters, or my expectations for how their build works. But I'm not going to change a characters race or stop playing them just because a few passive skills have been changed. If necessary I might move those skill points into something else but that's all.

With the major overhaul of racial passives, as well as the fact that we only get to change 3 races for free, how much do these changes affect you as a player? There are many players out there with 8 to 15 filled character slots who likely now have to consider purchasing tokens to make up for the changes, or will be forced into leveling a whole new character to replace the old one. A select few passives were removed entirely, such as the 10% stealth damage for Khajiit and Wood Elves, 7% flame damage for Dark Elves, and 6% damage reduction for Nords. These can be detrimental for some players, as they likely chose that race specifically for one of those bonuses. So, how much do the racial changes affect you?

Kinda screws over my entire setup but I have an excellent idea to use the changed passive to my advantage.

My redguard Templar is looking better since I switched back to stamina and dual wield. I only use two magic abilities now. Puncturing sweeps and the charge skill which stuns. Those Redguard changes look really good. The snare reduction is major.

at start this would be a little to buff for addition of max stats to khajiit

but now? my entire nonmeta build woudl be destroyed, broken and if I want to stay on same level content with dps which Im now then I will need to completly change my non-meta working setup to only meta setup as everything other non-meta will have much much insane higher gap from meta than now as on khajiit
rip build diversity, another remain of diverse build is just swallowed by ZOS into void of unusable, not working anything

My main 840CP altmer magsorc is going to shut up and continue to enjoy stories. Too many high-end PvE things distracted that character from the gorgeous story lines of both chapters last years. Finally they will not.
My 30ish dunmer magDK and argonian warden will do writs from time to time as usual.
Probably I'll let my 33lvl khajiit stamblade go and try some cool things when that one reaches CP.
Good thing now I can stop thinking about buying imperial pack and roll an imperial tank.
