Why is indrik so important?

Cant they evolve all of the mounts.
Why the heck does the indrik get special treatment.
And its not just one event, 5 event for a mount.
To get it then to evolve it.

Again what is so great about indrik.
Why is it better than all the other mount, you push it for 5 events.

    People spent years asking for mounts to earn in game, they made events have some more meaning by adding one there.

    I'm sure they'll be more like it in the future.

    Agree.

    I only used the Indrik as my mount on the first day I unlocked it. Then I switched back to mounts that I bought with crowns, that I am actually interested in.

    For now I participate in the events only for the extra bonus (double exp, double drops, etc.). I buy berries only because there's a stupidly low limitation on event tickets. I would be more interested if we can use the berries on other mounts/pets.

    well for one it's literally the only mount added since release that is obtain purely by in-game means

    The indrik mount is one of the 1st things you will be able to get with tickets. On the test server there are many outfit style pages for people who are not interested in the mount, or have finished collecting one. So you can use the events to stock 12 tickets for Wrathstone DLC, when you will be able to buy outfit pages with the styles of the companions from the main quest (Caldwell weapons, Sai Sahan, Prophet, Lyris, Abnur)

    Free? I think calling it free is not fair... you invest time to get it and time has an intrinsic value of its own, even if you to chose to do nothing or waste it... I mean, you could always have used it to better yourself instead of wasting it in a game, you know? In that sense, is not *really* free.

    EDIT: I can't believe I missed an important word... I suck I typing and trying to think at the same time :/

    I like this mount and would like to have 2-3 of them. Still ZOS like always get over common sense and so from reasonable autumn-winter event this outgrows to some complex unnatural system with ton of berries and you actually don't know what you will receive in the end. Basically you need to make 40 daily quests to buy 4 berries and only then you will know do you need those berries or not.

    Free? So you value several hours or days of your time spent in-game by doing a boring repetitive task as free? Can I hire you for an office work? :p
    Well, I would understand if you wanted it as your primary mount, but it seems most people want it just to complete their "collection" and will never actually use it.

    The two tickets each day take less than an hour to obtain and yes I am someone who will never use the mount on his main due to him being of a shadow knight style but my warden/druid defiantly has a home for it.

    I too was sceptical about the grind but if you only do the two quests required for the tickets you can skip the rest of the event if you wish to do so.

    However the system of having to get the old mount again to then upgrade is a little extreme in modern MMO's.

    Havent played for a while? How do I earn this Indrik ?

    I saw that I have 2 Event Tickets (dont even know how I did get them) - how much can I earn through this morrowind Event now?

    Visit the vendor called the Impresario outside your main city gates, and buy 4 different feathers (you can't have only one of each). Then, when you have the 4 in your inv, use the feather(s) to create the nascent indrik. Repeat with the berries, to evolve it into the dawn one (both mounts are stabled near the vendor, so you can preview them)

    When anything is deemed to be free it usually comes at a price, especially so in the gaming world.

    Zo$ thinks it's important to have a mount in your collection that sways from left and right when you ride in a straight line at any speed.

    (If you use an Orc with super speed, and suffer from car/sea sickness, It might be a good idea not to ride this mount).

    Even though this game is a cert 18,

    I think the experiment is that we are made to feel younger, by coloring our mounts in.

    If you have enough tickets, you can use them to get two of the same feather, keeping the second feather in the bank,

    so hopefully when you have enough berries to color your first Indrik,

    Hopefully you can use the feathers in your bank to get another blank canvas Indrik.

    I hope that one day this game will evolve it's quests.

    I say closer to 20 minutes than an hour, a bit dependent on the world boss is up or not.
    This is an good time to do the Morrowind delves if you want to do them fast as its so many players in them
    Reminds me of Morrowind launch :)

    Tend to do them in the morning myself.

    To the "There's no such thing as free lolol crowd", I think the point is it doesn't cost in game gold or crowns. I'm fairly sure they are aware that time is money.

    And most mounts come in various skins already. Pretty much they are crown store mounts and any style you want you must purchase separately.

    I only think it's FAR too damn convoluted.

    Like you need one of each feather then one of each dumb berry, and if you misclick and buy the wrong dumb berry it's no takesy backsies and you're stuck with a stupid berry.

    Like - could they have made this LESS HYPE-inducing due to how long it takes?

    I don't think it should be instant - but this is WAY too long for one lamer barking reindeer.

    I'm going to do all events anyway, even if we were not getting a mount as a reward. I do think that the whole process of getting the mount is a bit convoluted, and I see many people getting confused. I wish it was maybe a reward of X crowns per event, that when you have completed them all, you have enough to purchase a mount (at least people could by a mount of their choosing, or spend it on something else entirely). This way, at least people that play more casually, or miss an event, they still get some rewards.
