1st Person mode is very unintuitive for me, compared to 3rd person, but I've always played the game in the latter mode, only using 1st Person in Morrowind's crunched delves where in some spots you can't see anything otherwise.
Life is a ride, like days in a train, cities rush by, like ghosts in the night. The rhythm of wheels, time fades away, stations of a journey, destination unknown.
I like being able to play in first person for when I want to see things close up, or get my character out the way of what I'm looking at, but the vast majority of the time I prefer being able to see what's going on all around me.

I used to play first, when I first started. And then I did FG2 and because of the limited field of view, I'd miss when someone was pinned during Gamyne Bandu fight. 3rd person provides, imo, better support in group content.

One cannot see what is happening to avoid standing in stupid when in 1st person. It just is not possible. Granted, there are times I need to zoom to 1st person for different reasons but I need to see where my feet are most of the time.
that was my friend tanking 2nd boss in falkreth while being forced to 1st person mode as he was staying that close to doors so rest group would not struggle with killing it
I started off playing in first person. Its wasn't so bad for PVE questing since my immediate gaming experience was TES Skyrim which I also played in 1st person.
At some point I swapped to 3rd person and have never looked back. I can't imagine trying to do group dungeons or PVP in 1st person.
The only time I use first person is when I need to adjust small furnishings in my houses
Legends never die
They're written down in eternity
But you'll never see the price it costs
The scars collected all their lives
When everything's lost, they pick up their hearts and avenge defeat
Before it all starts, they suffer through harm just to touch a dream
Oh, pick yourself up, 'cause
Legends never die
1st person gives me horrendous motion sickness and makes me barf. I stubbornly played all the way through Hexxen back in the 90s and had to stop and take a barf break every so often, it was dumb. I was dumb.

All in training or divines. The staves should be training or infused), and 3 purple Willpower Jewelry with Arcane trait (can be bought from trading guilds for relatively cheap.
Check tamrieltradecentre.com for the best deals if you're not using a price checking addon).
Parse Food for PvE:(DPS) Ghastly Eye Bowl (increases Max Magicka by 4592 and Magicka Recovery by 459 for 2 hours).
Gold/Purple Food for Sorc PvP and Meme Tanking:(PvP) Clockwork Citrus Filet (increases Max Health by 3326, Health Recovery by 406 [useful if stage 1 vampire], Max Magicka by 3080, and Magicka Recovery by 338 for 2 hours). Witchmother's Potent Brew (Increase Max Magicka by 2856, Max Health by 3094, and Magicka Recovery by 315 for 2 hours.
Trash Potions when feeling cheap: Regular CP150 Essence of Magicka pots that I obtain frequently from playing the game or Crown Tri-Restoration Potion obtained from dailies.
Crafted Potions: Essence of Spell Critical (Bugloss, Lady's Smock, and Water Hyacinth). Without magelight this is my primary means of obtaining Major Prophecy on my Sorc, which increases my Spell Critical Rating. This also heals and restores magicka. Essence of Immovability (Columbine, Corn Flower, and Wormwood). I use this in PvP, since this gives me stealth detection, knockback immunity, and restores magicka (better to use it when competent allies are nearby, since it might reveal that you are surrounded by multiple players in stealth and you will not have an emergency pot available after use). Essence of Invisibility with only 2 ingredients (Blue Entoloma, Namira's Rot, Nirnroot, or Spider Egg). I use this in PvE content that requires stealth and if I need more speed I'll use Rapid Maneuver before using the potion. Essence of Invisibility with 3 ingredients (Blessed Thistle, Blue Entoloma, and Namira's Rot). Very useful in PvP alongside the vampire Dark Stalker passive, since you'll be invisible, ignore movement speed penalty while in Crouch, and you'll have a 30% movement speed boost from Major Expedition (I always have this slotted when riding from point A to B in PvP land, since gankers are always lurking). My templar/arcanist will mostly use Essence of Health (Tri-Stat Potion) Ingredients: (Mountain Flower, Columbine, and Bugloss).
1st person gives me horrendous motion sickness and makes me barf.
^This!^
I cannot play 1st Person games without getting very nauseous after a short while. Yeah, up to "barf" levels. Or at least "play 15 minutes, rest for an hour until the barfy feeling goes away, go back to the game, rinse, repeat..." and yeah, I played through a certain "Aliens vs. Predator" game like that, because I was stupid, and stubborn, and I regretted it a lot... (especially the alien "fisheye" levels!)
Happens whenever my sense of balance and my viewpoint do not go together, really, no matter if the view says "moving" and the balance says "sitting still" like 1stP gaming, or the other way arozund, when the viewpoint says "sitting still" and the sense of balance says "moving" like reading in a car...
But in any case, 1stP gaming is not for me. Not until they make it matrix-style full neural link I reckon...
Imagine streaking or ambushing in 1st person. Would get motion sickness lol.
Overload rework. Power Overload now does physical damage and grants you the power of a tornado: You throw a brick at the target with a light attack, and you hammer your head into that brick with every heavy attack. We have decreased its Ultimate cost, but increased the chance that you get stuck in the animation.
my first playthrough (main + alliance) was 1st person. Skyrim, you know...
I switch sometimes to 1st person, but all that visual effects covering whole screen makes me... scroll mouse wheel back.
Third person for almost everything. First person sometimes to loot containers.
