Bought some stuff for gems but that is not tracked.Grinding just make you go in circles.

I agree! More players using it means more accurate results. And yes, the addon does not care about what can be bought with gems. We're not interested in which items are the most popular to purchase among players, just the drop ratesMore players should use the tracker as it give better data.
