✭✭✭✭✭Yes; I'm an ESO+ subscriber and I did receive my bonus +150 crowns/month for my current subscription.How can you tell?
When I got mine, they just quietly appeared in my Crown total. I was looking for a note, or something, in my account to indicate the addition. When I did not see that, I thought that I had not received them, and even opened a ticket. Then I remembered I had a screen cap from a short while back, and that showed that they had added them to my account.
