Greetings! I have progressed to lv 11 with a few deaths on my belt, because I am falling miserably trying to combo between keyboard assigned numbers for casting and mouse to move around. I will appreciate your suggestions to help me alleviate this problem. Thanks for your responses.

spideyfk✭Hi! I found the default key-mapping clunky (for me), so this is my current set-up. I do have a mouse with two extra buttons though on the side:
Ability 1 = Q
Ability 2 = E
Ability 3 = R
Ability 4 = Mouse Button 4
Ability 5 = Mouse Button 5
Ultimate = F
Interact With NPC = T
Interact With Player = H
Quickslot Item = Middle Mouse Button
Aside from that, what i recall (currently at work so im not that precise) is:
Quest cycle = / (From the numeric panel in the keyboard)
Mount = . (From the numeric panel as well)
If i recall correctly, i left the rest as default. Hopefully it helps you out! Maybe, if you dont have a mouse with extra buttons i may believe setting the F for Ab4 or Ab5.1 -
