PC EU: Dungeons laggy?

Hi.
I was playing today and when I entered a public dungeon, and later a solo dungeon for a guild quest, the ping shot through the roof, and skills were unresponsive.
Oddly, once on the overworld or delves, the game was playing just fine. Usual ping of 70-100, skills responding as intended.
Is anyone else getting a similar experience on PC EU today?

FlyingSwan✭✭✭✭✭PC-EU is a disaster since ZOS patched it nearly 2 weeks ago. As usual, no comment on this from the forum drones.
I've pretty much stopped playing the game now, it's a horrid experience. I logged in about 20 mins ago to give it a test, did a random vet and got through it, but it was so sluggish I logged out again, didn't bother with my other chars, didn't bother with the event. Went back to FFXIV, the game works and the developers don't treat the customers like s**t.4 -
