✭✭✭✭✭it exists. you seem to share my horrible rng. guildie picked up at least 3 of them at the same time i was trying to farm mine unsucessfuly... and aforementioned guildie wasn't even farming exclusively drunks, there just happened to be a drunk on their stealing route
meanwhile.... all I keep getting are actual bubblers and alcohol. so... much... alcohol..... but anyways, yes, it still exists and it does drop from drunks. if you are lucky dirty worthless casual.

✭Well I've pickpocketed all the drunks over and over and never seen it, or the bubbler itself so it's good to know that it is indeed still in the game. I ended up buying a bubbler from some shady guild-trader in the middle of nowhere...PC EU & NA0 -
