Question about Morrowind, Warden, ESO+

Have not played since early 2015 (didn't really get very far), but I'm looking to make a come back. Thinking of going ESO+ for the general convenience of having less inventory management, crafting (if I even get into crafting) etc, but I'm primarily focused on PvP style play.

That being said, wanted to ensure I understood the state of things if I purchased ESO+ subscription.

I'd have access to Morrowind, Summerset and the upcoming storyline as long as my subscription was current. If I wanted to have the Warden class, I'd need to buy it with crowns because that's not part of the Morrowind DLC when you go ESO+. If I let the subscription lapse, I can still make wardens, but lose access to the Morrowind hunting areas (but not the PvP battleground, as I believe it's been moved to the base game).

Am I correct on all of these? Am I missing anything in my considerations?

Thanks in advance.

i believe summerset doesn't get added to ESO+ until June when the next chapter goes live.
    but beyond that you're right.
What are Natch Potes? Can you eat those?
    I believe in Genie-Gina.

Thanks Velena. So that means that the Dragon Elswyr stuff won't be available to ESO+ initially either?

The new dungeon which is coming out before Elsweyr will be accessible with ESO+ because that's DLC. But Elsweyr itself won't be - you'll either have to buy it separately or wait a year for it to be downgraded to a DLC (at which point some features maybe be removed and sold separately, most likely the necromancer class).

    Other than that you're correct.

Just FYI, the game is currently on 40-50% sale both on the ESO store and on Steam, so you could buy the 'The Elder Scrolls® Online Collection' (base game, Morrowind Chapter, Summerset Chapter, Thieves Guild DLC, Dark Brotherhood DLC, Orsinium DLC, Imperial City DLC) or 'The Elder Scrolls Online Standard Edition' (base game, Morrowind Chapter) which would allow you permanently unlock that content at a discount and keep access to them even after your ESO+ lapses.

Morrowind content will also be on sale in the ingame Crown Store during the Morrowind celebration event, so you could permanently unlock the Morrowind DLC that way and keep it without ESO+. Note that the Morrowind Chapter included in store sales is the original version which included Vvardenfell, BGs, and the Warden class, while the Morrowind DLC is only the zone, with the Warden being an additional separate purchase, and BGs being part of the base game now.

The Summerset Chapter may get a similar treatment when Elsweyr launches, getting converted into a 'Summerset DLC' (just the zone) that's sold as a DLC and is included in ESO+, with Jewelcrafting being made a separate purchase like the Warden was. That is just speculation however, we'll see what happens.

In any case, there is an ESO+ trial going on currently, so maybe that will help you make up your mind
