It said 7th feb and im in australia its 5pm 7th of feb and i got no notifications so far

✭✭✭As others mentioned, the exact time was mentioned in the announcement article right on the news page, and if the exact time is your issue, you can convert their general announcement time (EST or UTC usually) into your local timezone
That said, while there is never any notification related to events, they generally start alongside the crown store reset time, which does pop up on your screen when you login/change zones and could perhaps remind you if you forgot to keep track of the exact time 0
