Welkynar✭✭✭The Undaunted enclave at Wayrest where people duel and talk trash at each other, at least on Xbox. Every time I go to get the dailies and open chests I always hear a DK complaining about a nb using cloak or something.4 -

Cyrodil pugs are pretty causal. Dungeons pugs people just leave if wipe feasts, same with trials.
Grinding just make you go in circles.

In game, I would say the competitive trials scene is the most toxic by far. You can run into some jackasses in dungeons, but not that often. In general, I think most organized PvP guilds are fairly accepting and pretty chill.2 -

Most of the top end PvPers and Trial runners are pretty cool. It's the guys who are slightly better than average, but can't make it to the top tier that are the most toxic.2 -
